Deep Discovery Inspector Deployment Guides

Deploy Deep Discovery Inspector virtual appliances to your environment.

The following steps provide a high-level overview of how to deploy and connect Deep Discovery Inspector to Network Inventory. Click each link to see more detailed information for each task.

Review the Deep Discovery Inspector Virtual Appliance System Requirements before starting to ensure you have adequate resources for the Deep Discovery Inspector virtual appliance.
Tip:
If this is your first time deploying a Deep Discovery Inspector virtual appliance, Trend Micro recommends performing a trial deployment first to ensure the appliance is able to connect to Network Inventory.
Deploy the Deep Discovery Inspector virtual appliance.
- For virtual machine deployments using a hypervisor, see Deploying a Deep Discovery Inspector Virtual Appliance.
- For cloud deployments on Amazon Web Services (AWS), see Deploying a Deep Discovery Inspector Virtual Appliance on AWS.

Note:
You can also use this step to connect Deep Discovery Inspector appliances already deployed in your environment.
Integrate the Deep Discovery Inspector appliance with other services.
- Enable Network Sensor to allow sharing network data with Workbench.
- Integrate virtual appliances with Sandbox as a Service to enable sharing suspicious objects with Suspicious Object Management and analysis data with Sandbox Analysis.
- Connect to a Service Gateway to allow access to additional services.
