Setting Up Google Workspace Integration

Configure integration settings to quickly deploy the Mobile Agent app and app configuration to managed mobile devices.

Before starting the integration process, make sure that you have:

  • An administrator account for Google Workspace

  • Trend Vision One console admin credentials

  1. On the Trend Vision One console, access the configuration screen for Google Workspace integration.

    • Go to Mobile Security Operations > Mobile Inventory to display the Mobile Security landing page.

      Select I have an MDM solution, select Google Workspace, and click Next.

    • Go to Workflow and Automation > Third-Party Integration, and click Google Workspace in the integration list.

    The configuration screen appears.

    Note:

    To edit your Google Workspace integration settings, go to Workflow and Automation > Third-Party Integration, and click Google Workspace in the integration list.

    Only administrators with the Master Administrator or Operator role can edit the integration settings.

  2. In the Integration Settings section, perform the following actions.
    1. Click Grant Permissions, and then click Allow on the Google authorization screen.
    2. Select the platform of the mobile devices you are managing through Google Workspace.
    3. Click Go to Managed Google Play to approve the Mobile Agent in Managed Google Play.
    4. (Optional) Configure the available settings.

      • Enable Web Protection

        • Pin to browser automatically

  3. In the Advanced Settings section, select the data sync frequency and whether to send device risk data to Google Workspace.
  4. Click Save.
