Email Sensor Management

Enable or disable Trend Vision One Email Sensors on supported email accounts.

1. Go to Email Security Operations > Email Account Inventory.
2. Click Manage Email Sensors.
3. In the Available Users / Groups list, select the accounts or groups you want to monitor.
4. Click the arrow () to move the selected accounts to the Selected Accounts list.
5. (Optional) Click the delete icon () to remove an account or group from the Selected Accounts list.
   Important:

   Disabled email sensors stop reporting activity data to Trend Vision One.

6. Click Save.

   Trend Vision One starts monitoring activity data for the selected mailboxes.
