Using the Credit Calculator

Use the Credit Calculator estimate the total number of credits needed to monitor your organization.

Note:

The credit calculator does not enable sensors or allocate credits. It only allows you to calculate the number of credits required for a given distribution of sensors.

Go to Account > Credit Usage.
Click the Credit Calculator button. The Credit Calculator opens.

For each sensor or feature, type an estimate of the total number of sensors (or Sandbox reserved submissions) you require to monitor your organization.

The Credit Calculator displays the following information.

Item	Description
Credits needed	Displays the number of credits that would be allocated if you enabled the number of sensors in your estimate.
Data retention	Displays the default data retention period for the sensor.
Estimated total credits needed	Displays the total number of credits that would be allocated if you enabled the number of sensors in all estimates.
Current credit balance	Displays the number of credits currently available to allocate. Note: To purchase Trend Micro credits, contact your sales representative.
Remaining credit balance	Displays the number of credits that would remain in your credit balance if you enabled the number of sensors in all estimates.

Click Reset to clear all fields and create a new estimate.
