Request List

The Request List screen allows you to manage and track all the response action requests from the Managed XDR operations team.

The following table outlines the information available for each response action request.

Description

Status

The current status of the request submitted for approval

Request statuses are:

  • Pending: Newly submitted requests that are waiting for approval

  • Approved: Requests you have approved

  • Rejected: Requests you have rejected

Action

The response action that the Managed XDR operations team attempts to take

Note:

Run Trend Micro Investigation Kit: This action deploys and executes the Trend Micro Investigation Kit on target endpoints to collect endpoint information.

Target

The target that the Managed XDR operations team attempts to take action on

Description

The user-defined description of the request

Requested by

The user that triggered the request

Requested

The date and time the user triggered the request

Processed by

The user that approved or rejected the request

Processed

The date and time the user approved or rejected the request

Task ID

The unique task ID that the Response Management app assigns to the approved request
