You can take preventive blocking measures on email senders that may pose a security risk to your users using context menus on the Trend Micro Vision One console.
After adding to the Blocked Senders list in Cloud App Security, Cloud App Security quarantines email messages sent by the email address.
The Block Sender Task screen appears.
Trend Micro Vision One creates the task and displays the current command status on the Response Management app.
In progress... (): Trend Micro Vision One sent the command to the managing server and is waiting for a response
Successful (): The managing server successfully received the command
Unsuccessful (): An error or time-out occurred when attempting to send the command to the managing server
If you determine that the email address is no longer a threat, you can remove the sender from the list by sending the Remove from Block List command.
