Configuring Trend Micro Cloud One

Find out how to connect and configure your Trend Micro Cloud One services to start sharing data with Trend Micro Vision One.

To begin receiving data from Trend Micro Cloud One, you must first connect Trend Micro Cloud One from Product Connector and enable the services you require.

Note:

If you encounter any issues attempting to connect Trend Micro Cloud One with Trend Micro Vision One, check that you have the correct license provisioned. Contact your support provider for more information.

Important:

Trend Micro recommends that you disconnect any previous Trend Micro Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security connections before connecting Trend Micro Cloud One. You must complete this step if you want to SSO to Endpoint & Workload Security.

  1. Copy the enrollment token used in the Trend Micro Cloud One console to identify your Trend Micro Vision One console.
    1. In the Trend Micro Vision One console, go to Point Product Connection > Product Connector.
    2. Click Connect.
    3. Select Trend Micro Cloud One.
    4. Click the Click to generate the enrollment token link.
    5. Copy the enrollment token.
  2. Use the enrollment token to integrate your Trend Micro Cloud One environment with Trend Micro Vision One.
    1. Open your Trend Micro Cloud One console and click Integrations at the bottom of the screen.
    2. Click Trend Micro Vision One™ on the navigation bar.
    3. In the Enrollment Token section, click Register enrollment token.
    4. Paste the enrollment token and click Register.
      Note:

      After successful registration, Trend Micro Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security automatically enables Forward activity logs to Trend Micro XDR and changes the Enrollment Status to "Registered".

    5. For customers that want to allow SSO from Trend Micro Vision One to Endpoint & Workload Security, enable the Single Sign On from Trend Micro Vision One toggle and click Save.
  3. In the Trend Micro Vision One console, enable the connections to your Trend Micro Cloud One services.
    1. Go to Point Product Connection > Product Connector.
    2. Click Trend Micro Cloud One.
    3. Enable the Trend Micro Cloud One services you want to connect.
      • Endpoint & Workload Security

      • Application Security

      • AWS CloudTrail

      • Network Security

    4. Click Save.
  4. (Optional) Enable Activity Monitoring on Deep Security Agents.
    1. Go to Policies, select a policy and click Details.
    2. Go to Activity Monitoring > General.
    3. Set the Activity Monitoring State to On.
    4. Click Save.
