Using Deep Discovery Director - On-premises Version

Connect network sensors using an on-premises version Deep Discovery Director.

Connect an on-premises Deep Discovery Director to automatically connect all managed network sensors.

The following table outlines the actions and information available in the Network Inventory app.

Action or information	Description
View license information	Connected network sensors consume Network Analytics bandwidth. Network sensors are automatically enabled as Network Analytics sources if bandwidth is available. Your license determines available bandwidth. Click License information to view your license information.
Connect a network sensor	Click Connect Network Sensor to connect a network sensor.
View the network sensor status	View the table to check the status of connected network sensors.
Access the network sensor console	Click Access console to open the network sensor's console and configure the product. Important: You can only access appliances that are part of your corporate network or that you can reach directly. Connect to the appliance's network before continuing.
Access the Deep Discovery Director console	Click the access console button (), and then select Access Deep Discovery Director console to open the Deep Discovery Director console and configure the product. Important: You can only access appliances that are part of your corporate network or that you can reach directly. Connect to the appliance's network before continuing.
View the IdP certificate information	The Network Inventory app uses an internal IdP to enable single sign-on to Deep Discovery Director. Click the options button (), and then select IdP Certificate Information to view the certificate information.
Reset the Network Inventory app	The Network Inventory app can be reset if you want to connect your network sensors using the Network Service Inventory. Click the options button (), select Reset Network Inventory, and then confirm by clicking Reset. Important: Resetting the Network Inventory disconnects all network sensors from Trend Micro Vision One and removes all detection logs stored in Trend Micro data lakes.
