Email Sensor Management

Enable or disable Trend Micro Vision One Email Sensors on supported email accounts.

After granting the necessary access permissions, you can choose to modify the email sensors that report to Trend Micro Vision One at any time.

  1. Go to Email Security Operations > Email Account Inventory.
  2. Click Manage Email Sensors.
  3. In the Available Users / Groups list, select the accounts or groups you want to monitor.
  4. Click the arrow () to move the selected accounts to the Selected Accounts list.
  5. (Optional) Click the delete icon () to remove an account or group from the Selected Accounts list.
    Important:

    Disabled email sensors stop reporting activity data to Trend Micro Vision One.

  6. Click Save.

    Trend Micro Vision One starts monitoring activity data for the selected mailboxes.
