Use Customer Licensing Portal to access your Trend Micro Vision One console and to associate
the data from multiple Trend Micro Accounts under one primary company account.
After receiving your Registration Key or Activation Code from your support
provider, you need to register your Trend Micro Vision One offering on the Customer Licensing Portal.

Go to Customer Licensing Portal.

For customers that do not have an existing Trend Micro Account:

Click the Sign up now link.

Select No, I am a first time user.

Specify the product or service key provided by your support
provider.

Click Continue.
-
Review the product information and select the I have read
and accept the Trend Micro License Agreement check
box.

Click Continue.

Provide your company information and create your license administrator
account.

Click Continue.
The service appears in the Products/Services table.

For customers with an existing Trend Micro Account:

Sign in using your Trend Micro Account.

On the Products/Services screen that appears,
click Provide Key.

Specify the product or service key provided by your support
provider.

Click Continue.

Review the product information and select the I have read
and accept the Trend Micro License Agreement check
box.

Click Continue.
The service appears in the Products/Services table.

If your Trend Micro Vision One
package included another Trend Micro service, locate the service in the table
and click Open console to provision the new
console.
Important:
You cannot access the Trend Micro Vision One
console before you provision the related, associated services.

(Optional) If your company has additional Trend Micro Accounts managing other
services, go to to associate all company data under one primary account.

Click the Open console link next to Trend Micro Vision One to access
your console.
