Create and manage user roles to control which Trend Micro Vision One apps user accounts within your organization have permission to view and manage, and allow API access for third-party applications.
The following table outlines the actions available on the User Roles screen (Account > User Roles).

Add a user role |
Click Add to create a new user role. For more information, see Configuring User Roles. |
View user role details |
Click a Role name to open the details panel. |
View assigned accounts |
Click the number in the Total accounts column to open the details panel to the Accounts tab. |
Filter user roles |
Use the drop-down list to filter by "Predefined roles" or "Custom roles". |
Select a user role to perform the following actions.

Edit a user role |
Click Edit to modify details such as role name and permissions. For more information, see Configuring User Roles. |
Duplicate a user role |
Click Duplicate to copy settings and create a new role. For more information, see Configuring User Roles. |
Delete a user role |
