No. Your administrator cannot access data on your phone remotely. Only the location of the device can be tracked if you explicitly allow your administrator to track the location. This is turned off by default. To change the settings, go to My Account > Account Settings > Toggle Allow {company} to track my devices.
Yes. You can remotely lock your device. Go to My Devices > {device} > Actions > Lock This Device. For more information, refer to Locking Devices.
Yes. You can remotely wipe all the data of your iOS or Android device, with the exception of the contents on the SD card, if any. Go to My Devices > {device} > Actions > Reset to Factory Default. For more information, refer to Wiping Devices.
Go to My Devices > {device} > Actions > Un-enroll This Device. If you are using an Android device, you also need to manually uninstall Hosted Mobile Security Agent after un-enrollment.
A passcode is the security combination used to unlock your device. Your passcode can be changed on your device. A password is the security combination used to access end-user portal. Your password can be changed on the end-user portal.
