Deleting Senders

Trend Micro Email Security allows you to delete the existing approved and blocked senders.

  1. Click the Approved Senders or Blocked Senders tab.
  2. Delete senders by using either of the following methods:
    • To delete all senders of one or more recipients, select one or more recipient records, and Delete.

    • To delete senders of a single recipient, click the recipient name, select one or more sender records, and click Delete.

  3. Click OK in the confirmation dialog box.
