Resetting Local Account Passwords

  1. Access the administrator console. The logon screen for the Trend Micro Email Security administrator console appears.
  2. Click Forgot your Password.

    The Reset Password screen appears.

  3. Type the user name and email address of your local account.
  4. Click Send verification code.

    A verification code is sent to the above specified email address.

  5. Specify the verification code.
  6. Specify and confirm your new password.
  7. Click Finish.

    You can use the new password to log on to the administrator console.
