For MSI package installations:

  • File name: OFCNT.LOG

  • Location: In a temporary system file, for example in Windows 7:

    C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Trend Micro\Security Agent\OFCNT.LOG

For web installations:

  • File name: WebInstall.log

  • Location: C:\

For remote installations:

  • File name: RemoteInstall.LOG

  • Location: C:\

For Autopcc and EXE package installations:

  • File name: OFCNT.LOG

  • Location: %windir%\
