This version of OfficeScan supports the following migrations:
On-premises OfficeScan servers: From OfficeScan version 10.6 Service Pack 3 and later
OfficeScan SaaS servers: From OfficeScan version XG Service Pack 1

Older OfficeScan versions may not contain all the settings available in the latest version. OfficeScan automatically applies the default settings for any feature not migrated in the previous OfficeScan server version.
From the OfficeScan web console, go to Administration > Settings > Server Migration and click the Download OfficeScan Settings Export Tool link.
On the OfficeScan XG Service Pack 1 server computer, navigate to <Server installation folder>\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\PolicyExportTool.
You must use the OfficeScan XG Service Pack 1 OfficeScan Settings Export Tool on the source OfficeScan server version to ensure that all data is properly formatted for the new target server. OfficeScan XG Service Pack 1 is not compatible with older versions of the Server Migration Tool.

The default names of the export packages are:
OfficeScan_Agent_DLP_Policies.zip (used to import DLP policy settings into Control Manager)
OfficeScan_Agent_Policies.zip (used to import all other OfficeScan agent policy settings into Control Manager)
OfficeScan_Server_Migration.zip (used to import all OfficeScan agent policy settings and OfficeScan server settings to another on-premises or OfficeScan Cloud Console server)
