Enabling Debug Logging

  1. Log on to the web console.
  2. On the banner of the web console, click the first "O" in "OfficeScan".
  3. Select Enable debug log.
  4. Specify debug log settings.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Check the log file (ofcdebug.log) in the default location: <Server installation folder>\PCCSRV\Log.
