The View Status screen
displays important information about OfficeScan agents,
including privileges, agent software details
and system events.
Go to Agents > Agent Management.
In the agent tree,
click the root domain icon () to include
all agents or select
specific domains or agents.
Click Status.
View status information by expanding the agentendpoint's name.
If you selected multiple agents,
click Expand All to view status information
for all the selected agents.
(Optional) Use the Reset buttons
to set the security risk count back to zero.
