The OfficeScan agent must be installed on:

Windows Server 2008
Windows Vista
Windows 8
Windows 8.1
Windows Server 2012
Windows 10
Windows Server 2016

It is preferable for the OfficeScan agent to have both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses as some of the entities to which it connects only support IPv4 addressing.
