Checking Server Status in Control Manager

To check the status of any Endpoint Application Control server registered in Control Manager, use the Product Connection Status widget. To add this widget, do the following:

  1. In Control Manager, go to Dashboard.
  2. Go to the tab that you want to add the widget to.
  3. Click Add Widget.
  4. In the list on the left, click Compliance.
  5. In the list of widgets that appears on the right, select Product Connection Status and then click Add.

    The widget appears on the dashboard.

    Tip:

    For help configuring the Product Connection Status widget, select Help from the menu on the top-right of the widget.
