Importing Graymail Exceptions

You can import graymail exceptions from a properly-formatted CSV file.

  1. Go to Policies > Exceptions > Graymail Exceptions.
  2. Click Import.

    A file selection screen appears.

  3. Select a CSV file.
  4. Click Open to import the CSV file.

    After importing graymail exceptions:

    • Click Delete All to delete all entries in the list.

    • Click Export All to download list as a CSV file.
