Adding a Graymail Exception
Deep Discovery Email Inspector bypasses graymail scanning on email messages from IP addresses and subnets that you add to the Graymail Exceptions list.
- Go to Policies > Exceptions > Graymail Exceptions.

Click Add.
The Add Graymail Exception screen appears.
- Type an IPv4/IPv6 address or subnet.
- Type a description for the exception.

(Optional) To add more entries, click Add
More and do the following:
To delete an entry from the list, click the icon (
) in the
Action column. -
Click Save.
After adding a graymail exception:

Click Delete All to delete all entries in the list.

Click Export All to download list as a CSV file.

To remove one or more entries, select the entries and click Delete.

To export one or more entries as a CSV file, select the entries and click Export.
