Approving Tasks

  1. Click Incident Response > Pending Tasks.
  2. Select the tasks or task groups you want to approve and perform on endpoints. To select all tasks, click Select All.
    Tip:

    Expand the task group to display the task list.

  3. Click Approve.
  4. The Install Forensic Agent screen appears. Take note of the list of endpoints that require forensic agent installation and follow the procedure in Downloading the Forensic Agent and Endpoint Deployment to download and deploy the forensic agent.

    You can view the approved tasks on the Task History tab.
