About License Versions

Go to Administration > License to perform the following tasks.

Task	Steps
View current license information.	The License screen shows the following license information: Status: Displays Activated, Not Activated, Free Trial, In grace period, or Expired. Version: Displays Full or Trial. See About License Versions. If Trial is displayed, your Activation Code includes full use of the product with unlimited seats during the evaluation period. Update your license to avoid service interruption after the evaluation period ends. Seats: Displays the number of endpoints supported. Expiration: Displays the date the license expires. Activation Code: Displays the current Activation Code. Last updated: Displays the date the license information was last updated.
Specify a different Activation Code.	Click New Activation Code and type a new Activation Code.
Update license information.	Click Update Information to update the license information.

Activation Code: Displays the current Activation Code.
Last updated: Displays the date the license information was last updated.

Specify a different Activation Code.

Click New Activation Code and type a new Activation Code.

Update license information.

Click Update Information to update the license information.

The Activation Code determines the version of Advanced Threat Assessment Service installed on your server.

Version	Description
Full	The full version includes all features and a grace period (varies depending on your region) after the license expires. After the grace period, Advanced Threat Assessment Service disables scan result updates from endpoints. Renew your license before or after it expires by purchasing a maintenance renewal.
Trial	The trial version includes all features and has no limit on the number of seats. Update your license to the full version before the end of the trial period to avoid service interruption. After the trial period, Advanced Threat Assessment Service disables scan result updates from endpoints.
