Why did I get the error "Something Went Wrong"?

This error message appears if something unexpected happens. To solve the problem:

  • Make sure that your computer can connect to the Internet.

  • Do not close any browser tabs opened by the Privacy Scanner until it has finished.

Why did I get the error "Trend Micro Toolbar ran into trouble with Google Chrome"?

The error message appears if you have signed into your Google Account on the Google Chrome browser.

To solve the problem, sign out your Google Account from the Google Chrome browser and try using the Privacy Scanner again.
