Generating Client Enrollment Certificate Parent topic

Before following this procedure, make sure that you have already configured OAuth 2.0 Authentication. See Configuring OAuth 2.0 Authentication for details.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Secure Access server.
  2. On the Secure Access server command console, type the following command and press Enter:
    /vmi/authorizationService/manage.py create_cert “Full Name” full_name@example.com

    Replace Full Name with the actual user name, and full_name@example.com with the actual user email address that is configured on the administration Web console.
    Secure Access generates the client enrollment certificate at the following location:
    /vmi/testcert/full_name
    Where, full_name is the name of the folder created for the user.

What to do next

Provide the certificate to the user to enroll to the Safe Mobile Workforce server.
