Most enterprises use proxy servers for added security and more efficient use of bandwidth. If your network uses a proxy server, configure the proxy settings to ensure that the Trend Micro™ Security (for Macintosh) can connect to the Internet and download components.
Connect using proxy: select if your network requires a proxy server.
Server: type the server name or IP address of the proxy server used.
Port: type the port number for the proxy server used.
Username: type the user name used to access the proxy server.
Password: type the password used to access the proxy server.
