Updating SIC Tools

Administration > Support Tools

System Information Collector (SIC) gathers detailed computer configuration that helps isolate and identify known or potential threats in an endpoint.

To update the SIC tool:

  1. Download the latest SIC tool from the Trend Micro web site.

  2. Click Administration on the main menu. The drop-down menu displays.

  3. Click Support Tools from the drop-down menu. The Tools screen displays.

  4. Click Browse to locate the download file.

  5. Click Upload.
