Adding Mitigation Exceptions

Mitigation Settings > Mitigation Exceptions

Use this page to specify endpoints excluded from mitigation actions. You can add up to 128 mitigation exceptions.

• Note: Endpoints listed in the Mitigation Exceptions screen can be queried but you cannot deploy a custom pattern, run cleanup, or launch On-demand Scan on these endpoints.

To exclude an endpoint:

1. Click Mitigation Settings on the main menu. The drop-down menu displays.

2. Click Mitigation Exceptions from the drop-down menu. The Mitigation Exceptions screen displays.

3. Specify an IP address or IP address range.

4. Specify an optional Comment. You can type up to 150 characters.

5. Click Add to. The IP address or IP address range displays in the table.

6. Exclude process or folder names from mitigation actions.

7. Click Save.
