Deploying Android Agent Through Mobile Security Server Parent topic

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Mobile Security administration web console.
  2. Click Administration → Device Enrollment Settings on the menu bar.
  3. On the Authentication tab, select Authenticate using Enrollment Key, and then select Use preset Enrollment Key.
  4. Click Administration → Deployment Settings → Android Agent (tab).
  5. Select Download from Trend Micro Mobile Security Server.
  6. If you want to enroll users automatically, select Auto Enrollment.
  7. Click Save to save the settings.
  8. Click Upload. The Android agent will be shown on Apps → Apps on the BlackBerry UEM web console.

What to do next

If you did not select the Auto Enrollment setting, provide the enrollment information to users, in the form of text or a QR-code after deploying the Android agent. The users can use the enrollment information or scan the QR code to enroll with the server. The enrollment information includes the server IP address and port number, and an enrollment key, which is available on the Android Agent tab on Deployment Settings screen.
