Reclaiming All Licences from a User

Mobile Security enables you to reclaim all the licences from a user.

Click App Store on the menu bar.

The Enterprise App Store screen displays.
Click the iOS Applications tab.
Click the iOS Applications (tab) → Volume Purchase Program (VPP) Management → VPP User List.
Select the users from the list, and then click Retire.
Click Close on the User List screen.
