Procedure

1. Do one of the following:
   • If you are using Local Communication Server or the Cloud Communication Server, open the text message or email received from Mobile Security, and access the URL on the mobile device where you want to install the MDA to download the installation package.
   • If you are using Local Communication Server, access one of the following URLs using a Web browser on the mobile device where you want to install the MDA to download the installation package:
     http://External_domain_name_or_IP_address:HTTP_port/mobile
     or
     https://External_domain_name_or_IP_address:HTTPS_port/mobile

     Note Replace External_domain_name_or_IP_address, HTTP_port, and HPTTS_port as you configured in Administration → Communication Server Settings → Common Settings → Settings for Communication Between Communication Server and Mobile Devices.

     Note If you use HTTPS to download Mobile Device Agent, you must configure a public ceritifcate. Refer to the following URL for the details: http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-us/1106466.aspx

2. If the installation does not start automatically, launch the installation package and complete the installation.
