Mobile Device Registration

In the Device Health Status on the Dashboard screen, you can see the number of Mobile Device Agents that are not registered to the Mobile Security server. Click the number to display the Mobile Device Registration screen. Use this screen to send registration notification to selected Mobile Device Agent devices.

To send registration notification to selected devices:

1. In the Device Health Status on the Dashboard screen, click the number next to Unregistered.

2. The Mobile Device Registration screen displays all unregistered devices. Select the device(s) and click Register.

3. Click Dashboard to return to the Dashboards screen and check the registration status. Note that it may take several minutes for the devices to complete the registration process.
