Configuring Provisioning Policies

You need to configure provisioning policies for Wi-Fi, Exchange ActiveSync and VPN.

To configure provisioning policies for Wi-Fi, Exchange ActiveSync or VPN:

1. In the Device Management screen, select a group from the mobile device tree, and then click Policy. The Policy pop-up screen displays.

2. Click the Wi-Fi or Exchange ActiveSync orVPN on the left menu, and then click Add.

3. Fill all the fields with the relevant information as described on the screen.

4. Click Save.

5. Do one of the following:

6. For the root group, select Apply changes to all groups and send SMS notification messages to all mobile devices after clicking 'Save'.. This action copies policies to all sub-groups sends an SMS notification to Mobile Device Agents about the configuration changes.

7. For the sub-group, select Send SMS notification messages to mobile devices after clicking 'Save'.. This action sends an SMS notification to Mobile Device Agents about the configuration changes.
