Devices > Status
In the Device Management screen, select the mobile device to display its information on the right side of the screen. Mobile device information is divided in the following panes:
Basic: includes device name, registration status, phone number, LDAP Account, platform information and OS name.
Hardware, OS: shows the detailed mobile device information including device and model names, operating system version, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) and MEID numbers, serial number, and so on.
Security: displays the mobile device’s encryption status, whether the mobile device is jail broken/rooted or not, malware scan engine status, pattern and agent patch update statuses.
Network: displays the detailed network information including carrier network name, roaming status, and Mobile Country Codes (MCC) and Mobile Network Codes (MNC) information, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi MAC information.
Policy: shows the times when the configuration and the security policies were last updated.
Installed Applications: displays the list of all the application that are installed on the mobile device, and the compliance check result. This pan is available only for Android and iOS mobile devices.
