Viewing Malware Protection Logs

• Logs > Malware Protection Log
   

Mobile Device Agent generates a log when malware is detected on the mobile device. Malware Protection logs are sent to and stored on the Mobile Security server. You can view these logs to keep track of malware that were detected and the measures taken against them.

To view Malware Protection Logs:

1. Click Logs > Malware Protection Log. The Malware Protection Log screen displays.

2. Specify the query criteria for the logs you want to view. The parameters are:

3. Time period: select a predefined date range. If the period you require is not covered by the previous options, select Range and specify a date range.

4. From: type the date for the earliest log you want to view. Click the icon to select a date from the calendar.

5. To: type the date for the latest log you want to view. Click the icon to select a date from the calendar.

6. Sort by: choose the log sort order and grouping from the drop-down.

3. Click Display Logs to begin the query.
