The Entity Tree screen displays the Antivirus, Content Security, Web Security, Network Virus, and Service Violations summaries for all managed products handled by the child servers.
To view the cascading structure status summaries:
On the left-hand menu, select the parent or a child server.
All child servers send status summaries to the parent server. The timing is based on the time interval setting in SystemConfiguration.xml file.
The default time interval is 3 minutes and the start time is "12:00 am". Configure these values to suit your management needs.
A child server uploads status summaries to the parent server when either 2,500 records is reached or 3 minutes elapsed time has passed. During the time when the child server has not yet uploaded new logs to the parent server, the Outdated, Current, and Total managed product information in the Component Status table of the child server Product Status screen may not be current.
