View Tasks

The Tasks screen displays all the tasks that you created and saved. You can use this screen to create and manage your tasks.

View information about the following topics:

• Task Name: the names of all the tasks that you created and saved.

• Action: the action that a task performs. This can be Assessment or Assessment with enforcement or both.

• Schedule: the schedule on which the task runs. When you choose Run Now, you override the schedule for the task.

• On hold: If a task is on hold, it will not run until the user manually starts it.

• Last Completed: the last date and time on which the task ran.

Select a task and choose one of the following options:

• Edit: Click to edit a task.

• Delete:Click to delete a task.

• Run Now: Click to run a task immediately, regardless of its schedule. Running a task makes it the current task.
