Download the latest scan
engine from the Trend Micro Web site.

Extract the contents of the
vsapi-32dll-#.###-####.zip file to a temporary
directory.
Stop the [product]
services from the Management Console.
Back up the following scan
engine files:
\Program Files\[product]\UtilBin\vsapi32.dll
\Program Files\[product]\UtilBin\BPMNT.dll
Extract the new scan engine
files from their temp directory to
\Program Files\IWSS\UtilBin
Stop and restart the [product] services:
Click
the Windows Start button, then
Programs > Administrative Tools >
Services; right click each Security
Suite scanning service and choose Stop and Start in the pop-up
menu that appears.
