Stop Control Manager Services

Use the Windows Services screen to stop all of the following Control Manager services:

• Trend Micro Management Infrastructure

• Trend Micro CCGI

• Trend Micro Control Manager

• Trend Micro NTP

• These services run in the background on the Windows operating system, not the Trend Micro services that require Activation Codes (for example, Outbreak Prevention Services, Damage Cleanup Services).

To stop Control Manager services:

1. Click Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services to open the Services screen.

2. Right-click the service you want to stop, and then click Stop.
