Modifying the Default Agent Communication Schedule

Use the Default Agent Communication Schedule to automatically set the Control Manager-agent communication schedule.

To modify a managed product Communicator schedule:

1. Access the Agent Communication Schedule screen.

2. On the working area, click Default Schedule.

3. On the Daily Schedule, toggle the appropriate time slots.

4. Click Save.
