Deploy and redeploy Activation Codes from the Product License screen.
When deploying a new product license or re-deploying a product license, the managed products that appear in the Product Directory depend on the following:
The Activation Code is valid and can be applied to a managed product already registered to Control Manager
The user's account privileges allow the user to view managed products to which the Activation Code can be assigned
To add and deploy a product license
Mouseover Administration. A drop-down menu appears.
Mouseover License Management. A sub-menu appears.
Click Managed Products. The License Information screen appears.
Click Add And Deploy. The Add And Deploy A New License > Step 1: Input Activation Code.
Type an Activation Code in the New Activation Code field.
Click Next. The Add And Deploy A New License > Step 2: Select Targets screen appears.
Select the managed products or directory to which the Activation Code deploys.
Click Finish.
To re-deploy a product license
Mouseover Administration. A drop down menu appears.
Click License Management. The License Management screen appears.
Select the Activation Code to deploy.
Click Re-Deploy. The Redeploy License screen appears.
Select the managed products or directory to which the Activation Code deploys.
Click Save.
