View Communicators Connection Status Details

Use the Connection Status (Details) screen to view the Communicators available in the Control Manager network and their status.

To view Communicators connection status details:

1. Access Communicators.

2. On working area, click the available links in the Active, Inactive, Abnormal, or Total column.

3. Sort Communicators in ascending or descending order according to Status, Computer name, IP Address, or Communicator Version.

4. Click to go back to the Computers screen.
