Verify the MCP agent received the notification for two-way communication from Control Manager

To verify the MCP agent received the notification for two-way communication from Control Manager:

1. Trigger a command to the agent.

2. Check the cmdHandlerTVCSCommand.log and search for SendHTTPNotify. That means Control Manager sent a notification to the agent.

3. Check the agent debug log and search for "Got command Notification !!!". That means the agent received the notification.
