Restart Control Manager Services

Use the Windows Services screen to restart any of the following Control Manager services:

• Trend Micro Management Infrastructure

• Trend Micro CCGI

• Trend Micro Control Manager

• These are the services that run in the background on the Windows operating system, not the Trend Micro services that require Activation Codes (for example, Outbreak Prevention Services, Damage Cleanup Services).

To restart Control Manager services:

1. Click Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services to open the Services screen.

2. Right-click <Control Manager service>, and then click Stop.

3. Right-click <Control Manager service>, and then click Start.
