You can define up to three (3) sets of schedules that specifies when the agent interacts with the communicator.
A child server Communicator should always have constant communication with the Control Manager server; the Communicator Scheduler screen does not allow changes in a child server Communicator schedule.
To set a schedule for a managed product Communicator:
Access Communicator Scheduler.
On the working area, select the Communicator and then click the schedule (1st Schedule, 2nd Schedule, or 3rd Schedule).
Define the schedule. Specify a new time or use the default setting.
To specify a new setting, toggle the appropriate time slots in the schedule bar and then click Save
To use the default setting, click Apply Default and Save
