Use the Access Log or Server Event Log screen to query Access or Server event logs.
To query Access or Server event logs:
Open Access or Server Event Log screen.
On the working area, provide the following search parameters:
User ID — applies to Access logs; allows you to search for specific users
Type an asterisk ("*") to view information on all users. To specify a specific user, click , and then enable the check box of required user.
Logs for — indicates the scope of your query
Start date — indicates the start date (month, day, and year) for the Specified range
End date — indicates the end date (month, day, and year) for the Specified range
Sort logs by — sorts logs according to Access date/time, Access event, or User ID (for Access logs only).
Sort order — displays logs in ascending or descending order
Logs per screen — indicates the number of logs displayed per screen
Items to display — indicates the log details displayed
Click View Logs to start the query.
