Enable HTTPS Download

Using HTTPS to download components from the Trend Micro ActiveUpdate server (http://cm-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com) or other Internet source is a two-step process.

To enable HTTPS download:

1. Access System Settings.

2. On the working area under ActiveUpdate settings, select Enable HTTPS for the default update download source.

3. Click Save.

4. Access Manual Download or Scheduled Download.

5. On the working area under Download settings > Source group, select Internet: Trend Micro update server or specify your organizations component source server in the Other Internet source field.

6. Click Save.
