Take caution when deleting user-defined folders in the Directory Manager, you may accidentally delete a managed product which causes it to unregister from the Control Manager server.
To delete a user-defined folder:
Access the Directory Manager.
On the working area, right-click the folder you want to delete and then select Delete from the pop-up menu.
Click Save.
You cannot delete the New entity folder
