This section lists characteristics that are commonly
associated with malware. Characteristics are grouped into the following
categories:

Malformation or other known malware traits

Process, service, or memory object change

Each characteristic is assigned an impact score from 1 to 5 (Minimal,
Low, Moderate, High, Critical) to indicate the level of risk it
poses.
